Returns

You can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in their original condition; labels must not be removed.

How to register your return

  1. Send an e-mail with your order number to info@oanabalance.com.
  2. We will confirm your return and send you further information.
  3. Pack the goods securely and keep your shipping receipt.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. In the case of demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered goods, please contact us before returning the item.

Refund

The refund is made via the payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or you have provided proof of shipment.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
